Digital Print Manager

Responsibilities:

 

Managed three shifts consisting of 12-15 associates. Established and maintained digital transfer across the internet using various tools and methodologies. Responsible for the output of print on demand product with a 24 to 48 hr. turnaround. Department housed nine Xerox Docutech Digital Printers:  DP-180’s, 6180’s and 6135’s. Managed a network of Xerox Digipath computers that processed and created scannable art. Also processed files from various media (Floppy, Zip,

DLT, 18track and Internet). Staffed personnel and streamlined workflow processes.  Prepared time cards and monthly  status reports for supervisors and district managers.
